Once you have logged in correctly your student ID number will appear on the top RHS of the page. Please remember to log out when you have completed your enquiry or enrolment.
The Student Portal is a self service facility which allows students to:
- Self-enrol into a new or continuing course of study
- Check your results
- Check and update your personal details
- Log into the "Chemical Watch" database (enrolled students only)
- Check for important information relating your study at Challenger Institute
- Download an Application for Award (see College Information tab on the tool bar above)
- Access a summary of employabilty skills developed through your qualification
HOW TO ENROL
Before commencing your enrolment, it is important that you are familiar with Challenger Institute's Terms and Conditions of Enrolment.
Please note not all courses are available for online enrolment. If the selection you are searching for is not available please contact Challenger Institute's Client Contact Centre on 9239 8189 for further information.
Accepting your TAFE Admissions Offer online:
The TAFE Admissions process has now closed and all unaccepted offers have now expired. If you have accepted a TAFE Admissions Offer and not paid for your enrolment your place may no longer be available. If you have any queries or enquires about your enrolment please contact the Academic Admininstration staff in your relevant area of study by calling the college on (08)9239 8200.
Current or Continuing Students: Please login as an existing student. To log in, click on the [Login] link on the left of this screen. Normally the Username is your Challenger Institute Student ID number preceded by 03 (e.g 031234567)) and your password is defaulted to your date of birth (e.g. ddmmyyyy) you must have enrolled prior to logging yourself in as an existing student).
Note: Your Challenger Institute Student ID can be found on a Challenger Institute Statement of Academic Record, a previous Confirmation of Enrolment or Student Library Card.
New Students: If you are familiar with our terms & conditions of enrolment and you wish to enrol, select "Self Enrolment" on the menu at the top and select PT (Part-time), FT (Full-time) Award Course search or ACE (Adult Community Education) course search. Proceed as prompted by the screens.
Enrolling into a short lifestyle and leisure course
Our Adult Centre for Education (ACE) offers a diverse range of short courses designed for leisure or to develop or enhance existing skills. If you need to find out more about what is on offer before enroling return to the home page for Lifestyle and Leisure Courses.
Students Aged 15 Years and Younger: A student in the years prior to the one in which he/she turns 16 years who wishes to participate in a course at Challenger Institute must apply for a special exemption from attending school or have applied for a section 24 with the Department Education and Training. Please contact relevant school or district office for forms and further information.
HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN?
If you experience any difficulties with your log in, please contact your Lecturer, Student Administration or Library Staff who will reset your password and/or report any problems to the appropriate area in Challenger Institute.
Your access to the student portal may have been disabled if you were a previous Challenger Institute student and have an outstanding enrolment debt. You will need to clear your debt before your account is re-activated.
